SikaTop® Seal-107 is a two-part, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing mortar [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)]. It consists of a liquid polymer (Part A) and a cement-based powder (Part B) [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)].

Quick Application Guide
- Surface Preparation: Clean the surface thoroughly to remove oil, dust, and debris. Pre-wet (dampen) the surface before application [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)].
- Mixing: Pour the entire liquid component (Part A) into a clean container, then slowly add the powder (Part B) while mixing continuously until a smooth paste is formed [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)].
- Application: Apply at least 2 coats using a brush, roller, or trowel [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)].
- Second Coat: Apply the second coat after 4 to 8 hours, once the first layer has hardened [SikaTop® Seal-107 (MY)].
